2 Companies I really admire and Why
IamOther is under the umbrella of lifestyle clothing created by Pharrell Williams. They express individuality as being one of the greatest form of wealth a person can have which is an ideal that holds true to my values. They also help use the profits from the clothing line to help change the world one kid at a time through science, technology, engineering, arts, math, and motivation.
Big Apple Basketball has been helping youth in New York City since its establishment in 1999. Helping high school basketball players achieve their dreams through academic support and exposure to college coaches. I admire the founder and head of operations Jason Curry for following his passion of New York City basketball and youth development to create this non-profit organization.
Let me tell you about ...
Setting the stage. When did this happen? What was the organization/college? What was your role?
The beginning. What was the challenge or situation you were facing?
The middle. What actions did you take? Why did you make those decisions? Be specific!
The End. What were the end results/outcomes?
Reflection. What did you learn? How can this be applied to this and other roles?
